Two flexible pricing options are available depending on your school's needs.
Option 1: Monthly Plan
$6 per student / month
+ $395 one-time setup fee
Your monthly cost is based on the current number of active students enrolled at your school. If your enrollment changes, your monthly payment automatically adjusts the following month.
How to Calculate
Number of active students × $6 = Monthly cost
Example:
100 students in September → 100 × $6 = $600/month
Enrollment grows to 105 in October → 105 × $6 = $630/month
Payment Details
- Billed via automatic, recurring credit card or ACH (Stripe)
- Custom invoices are not available on the Monthly Plan
Option 2: Annual Plan
$48 per student / year
Paid in advance for 12 months
- ✅ $395 setup fee waived
- ✅ Save 33% compared to the Monthly Plan
The Annual Plan locks in a discounted rate for the full school year and includes built-in flexibility for enrollment changes.
How to Calculate
Expected students × $48 = Annual cost
Example:
100 students × $48 = $4,800/year
Enrollment Flexibility
- You may add up to 5 additional students during the year at no extra charge
- If you exceed 5 additional students, the overage is billed at a prorated annual rate
Example:
You paid for 100 students. Enrollment grows to 108 mid-year.
Students 101–105 (first 5) are covered at no charge.
Students 106–108 (3 students) are billed at the prorated annual rate.
